Since 1992, Advantages has blossomed from a local printing business to an international firm serving clients around the globe. Fran is an Executive Board Member of the Queens Chamber of Commerce, Women in Print, and the Charna Radbell Foundation, and is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Morgan Durfee’s experience has allowed her to dive into all facets of marketing to help her clients grow. Morgan’s performance driven approach has driven significant ROI for various clients across a myriad of industries. She is energized by crafting and implementing strategies to accelerate top-line growth. Beyond marketing, Morgan is passionate about developing the people around her, and optimizing agency operations. Morgan possesses a thirst for knowledge, works with high attention to detail and strives to deliver quantifiable results. When she’s not implementing best-in-class marketing strategies for her clients, you may find her coaching at the soccer fields, hitting the ski slopes in the Green Mountains, or relaxing with a good book at the beach.
For the last 15+ years, Chris has been a Creative Director defining and building brands like Volkswagen, Motorola, Stella Artois and Budweiser; launching brands like Vea (new snack brand from Mondelez) or relaunching well-known brands like Stolichnaya. He builds creative teams with the goal of ensuring they do the best work of their careers. Chris work with clients to ensure their brands are elevated and their personal careers are positively impacted. Finally, he strives to ensure that the companies he works for are not only profitable, but their creative profiles are significantly elevated.
Over his career, marketing’s job hasn’t changed, the market has. Modern marketing needs creativity more than ever, but it also needs empathy, true appreciation of consumers and a respect for their time and intellect. Creativity applied to connect, not to interrupt. In his spare time, he races bicycles.

During his 20+ career in communications, Michael Gormley has helped companies from start-ups to Fortune 500s craft compelling messages that resonate with their target audiences. Always keeping the medium in mind, he focuses on how to say the right thing at the right time, in words, images or action. For Advantages clients he formulates communications strategies that amplify their purpose in ways that drive scale and profitability. He serves as an editor, writer and guide for the Advantages team. When he’s not working, he’s enjoying the outdoors.
