A new sushi restaurant can get lost in a city like New York. Owner, Victor Chan needed a distinct brand identity that matched his aesthetic vision and he wanted to attract a sophisticated clientele who would appreciate top quality food prepared by award-winning chefs. He needed an image that would capture the upscale ambiance of the restaurant and its exceptional food, while reflecting the vibe in the newly revitalized area of Manhattan's South Street Seaport.
Result
Suteishi effectively captured the class and style it was looking for with the elegant logo design. It was applied to window decals, foil stamped business cards and the piece de resistance, custom-made foil stamped menus, all making it clear even before a customer stepped in the door that this would be a fine dining experience. This strategy successfully communicated Mr. Chan's vision and attracted the desired clientele to Suteishi.
